I used to hate networking…

Almost 20 years of advertising industry experience allowed me to transform consultative sales skills into networking hacks that have grown revenue consistently for sales organizations. With a true focus on relationship building at scale, I have been successful at securing strong connections externally (driving sales), as well as internally (building a strong team to rally around client success). In my first sales role, within a few years, I was able to grow a struggling sales desk from $600k in annual revenue to over $4MM consistently.

After leaving the industry for a 15 month sabbatical, I was able to quickly duplicate my advertising sales success at another organization. It was then I realized that the practical skills and tools I curated were unique and valuable for not just salespeople, and NetworKIT was born.

NetworKIT helps entrepreneurs, business professionals, and students by offering practical solutions to build, nurture, and maintain your network in organic and sustainable ways. NetworKIT’s content is currently available through workshops and mixers that have attendees leaving with the confidence they need to become a resource for others, and trust that the resources they need are within reach for themselves.

What Can I Expect?

Here’s what you can expect to gain from attending NetworKIT events:

  • Reframe the Concept of Networking: Begin to see networking as a continuous cycle of connection and mutual support, rather than a linear process focused on immediate gains.

  • Shift from Reactive to Proactive Networking: Learn to actively cultivate connection with an open mind, versus pursuing exclusively, those you may identify as key influencers/decision makers.

  • Develop More Authentic Connections: Build genuine relationships by emphasizing curiosity, vulnerability, and empathy, rather than focusing on transactional interactions.

  • Improve Follow-Up Strategies: Acquire skills to follow up effectively, maintain momentum in relationships (especially when they lay dormant), and center the needs of others in communication.

  • Enhance Empathy and Strategic Thinking: Learn how to use empathy strategically, understand others' perspectives, uncover hidden opportunities, and build trust, while differentiating between strategy and manipulation.

Simply put, you’ll leave with better ways to
Keep. In. Touch.
